My pump I run modified the O/U IC/Modified

3", BB for geese (ducks too if they fly by)
2 3/4" #4 when ducks are the primary target.

If I could Get myself re-trained for head shooting geese then I may go smaller.

I'm shooting a patternmaster extended range with 3" #2 Hevi-Metal. You don't have any pattern inside of 20 yards with this combo but you either kill birds or miss them and I don't like birds that glide off or wear the dogs out diving on you. Really like the patternmaster concept of shortening the shot string.

Beretta factory mod. choke for everything

3"-#3-1 1/4oz for ducks

3 1/2"-#1- 1 9/16oz for geese

I have. But I shoot them close and in the head. If they aren't close I don't shoot. On a dedicated goose hunt I use 2s.

20g 3" #5’s thru a skeet choke. Worked great on teal this year and is fine for ruffies too.

Trulock choke, 3" BB for geese, don't target ducks, but they get the same if they come by.
