Default chain lakes

just wondering if anyone has been pike fishing at any of the chain lakes near ponoka and have had much luck?

Oh yeah. On a good day you'll catch a pike on almost every cast, good sizes too. All 3 lakes are very good for fishing, although by this time in the year the algae blooms are getting bad, and the fishing there starts to go downhill. I'd suggest to check out the south one first, and work your way up. Magee always has the cleanest water, and there's supposed to be perch there too.
