Default Crawling valley ice

Anyone been out the past few days?

Need to be able to drive on if possible.

Have not been for a week but you will be fine. Nothing to worry about. With the weather gonna be warm the worst thing to happen will be a little bit of surface water

Was out at Tilley B and Cowoki yesterday. I didn't drive on but others were driving on both lakes. Ice was about 24-30in thick. Looked pretty solid, but I wasn't going to take a chance. With how warm it was yesterday and today I'd be afraid the edges were getting soft. Lots of snow around the edges and by the dam..

Last Sat (Feb 28) it was easily over 24 inches on the north side of the dam. Lots of ice, no fish.

Was 23" of ice last Thursday you shouldn't have a problem driving on. Getting around on the lease roads might be more of a problem if it gets really warm.
