Default Justice served to Musky Killer

Hey guys, some of you may remember this, watch video in first link.

http://m.youtube.com/watch?v=ZzdesfXfaTY

According to outdoor Canada he was fined $1000 and had his license suspended for two years. Nice to see justice served! Link below to outdoor Canada article

I agree. Lifetime ban from angling would really teach this ***** a lesson. But at least he didn't get away with it.

Personally I would have liked to have seen a harsher punishment.

How is the ban on fishing and fishing equipment and associating with anyone with fishing equipment going to be enforced?

Sounds like a bone thrown to the public.

Really the guy got a $1,000.00 fine and he will be back on the water before you can blink.

Justice?? The guy is on welfare.. The fine will never be paid... But if it isn't paid within 90 days I believe an arrest warrant is issued and he is tossed into jail... Yup the new jail in the area,, big screen tv satellite, state of the art gym,, heck the inmates there got to watch the complete Super Bowl game... With takeout pizza!

Make him go hang out on a boat during the walleye run on some of the more popular drifts, with a sign reading I'm the musky killing jerkoff,,, justice would be served then.. He would have about 500-3/4oz jigs rocketing at him daily.

Or you could always hit him over the head with a bat and throw him overboard.

If anyone motors up and asks "What's going on?" just say "The fat pig was eating way too many walleyes!"

Wow.

More punishment than an average Ontario pedophile.

Province should have acquired all the gear that was associated with the crime. Boat, motor, fishing gear the works. $1000 fine is a drop of water in the bucket. He is no doubt fishing without the license still.

Default what a waste

this guy has a real seriously bad attitude he needs a hard lesson, he should forfeit all gear to crown should keep him off the water boat wise [ he will still fish for sure] and a 3 year suspension of Sport license and fines and charges posted prominently in the local paper some 50 hours mandatory shoreline clean up work might be in order too ..... yea never happen
