I remember my Ol' man and a couple of uncles would practice moving targets by bolting 2 peices of plywood to an old tire and roll it down a hill. I was pretty young but I don't think they were more then 50 yrds away . They always had a lot of fun and a few wagers were one and lost with that game. 8x8 @ 30 k, tough shot for sure, 50 yrds maybe 100 nadda.

Shot my Antelope at 400 yards running with one shot with a 7 mag in the kill zone .
How fast does a Antelope run ?

Bullets are faster!
