Default Golden Brook Trout

Tim and I went too Maligne yesterday

we had a blast with lots of Brook Trout and Rainbows

Rainbows festy and Brookies bulldog us

but then Tim got a special Brook Trout

The Golden Brook Trout

anyone else get a Golden Brook Trout?

beautiful day trolling with buddy's

The Bald Eagle did some fly bye's looking too steal a lunch

i know where there is a black trout, coundnt catch him though he was under an over hanging willow tree that was touching the water id let that fly drift down to him in like a 10" hole in the branches, no dice, have to see if he made the winter

Beautiful fish! such a rarity.
These fish are known as a palomino trout, its a rare genetic defect that unfortunatley isn't very healthy for these fish. I have never seen a palomino brook trout, even tried a google search to no avail. Really awesome!
