Default 2011 Buffalo Hunt

I was disappointed to see this hunt reduced already; but as they have the herd at the numbers they want there is likely no choice.

We were there last January and it sounded at that time from the Conservation Officer that they anticipated the numbers of tags remaining the same for at least this season.

Obviously there was a change; that's too bad though as reducing the recreational licences by 2/3 (now about 1 in 200 chance) will make it very tough for most applicants to ever experience that hunt.

I realize we're fortunate to have it at all but it is a very unique experience and hopefully the numbers will allow additional tags in the future so that more people can partake in this at least once.

Yup never seen that till I put in for my draw. Maybe I wouldn't of other wise. Wonder what they have in mind for the other 25 critters? Road kill? hehe
