Default Police to McKinnon? Or McKinnon to Carseland?

Looking to float the Bow on Saturday. Trying to decide between Police>McKinnon or McKinnon>Carseland. Does anyone have any feedback? I hear they both take about 6-8 hours, is this true? Which stretch do you guys prefer fishing-wise?

You can't miss it on the left. If you have a phone just put a pin on a pdf map.
