Both are fine, you can pull out at either, and put in at glenmore.
There is about a 9" ice ledge at Policeman's that drops to the gravel/water line. The ramp is covered with ice, but it is being used.
Oh right forgot to mention. Pulling out of police is a bit tricky. You need to be aware that its iffy at along that bank. Make sure you nail it the first time, otherwise pulling the boat back up, while walking on that bank will be a bit of a pain.
