Default Decent Moose in 224

A couple of moose and something else (feline or canine?) on our trail camera in 224. All we need now is a draw...

That first moose is a great one, and I would almost say that last pic looks like a bobcat, seems like you can see the spots but thats way further north than ive ever heard of them being spotted. Cool pics!

Nice pics,

That last one is definitely tough, the shape of the back leg does look kinda cat-ish but the shape of the face seems more like a coyote or a wolf... on second thought I am going with coyote, I think the tail got behind his back leg making it look different.

I'll add that I turned the brightness up on my computer screen and that is how I saw what appear to be spots on that last one, lol

I live in 224 and have a bull draw this year. There are very occasionally Bobcats there, but have not seen one for a few years. Plenty of Lynx and quite a few cougar as well. Wolves yes and coyotes too many. If you need a bull put down just pm me and I will take care of it...

Haha you guys are quite generous in your offer, I will keep it in mind! What priority do you need in 224? The moose is on our family's land out there, unfortunately they have yet to allow hunting out there. Sure hoping I can change that in the near future.

Nice sized bull and quite the interesting rack! Plan on hunting him when you go home?

Oh wow that would not have crossed my mind at all. I also think it looks more feline. Our neighbor down the road accidentally snared a large cougar last winter so that was my initial thought. Thanks!

I'd like to but he only showed up once so far, I had 6 different moose there in 2 days but that rack would look mighty fine on the wall lol !

I unforutally didn't get my moose draw this year it's like winning the lottery at home if a local gets a tag first time in 25 years my father got one last year lol..

Great pics! Looks like a Lynx to me - has thick fur - bulky torso and legs.
