Calgary-based Houston Oil & Gas ceases operations, leaving almost 1,300 wells needing cleanup

whos going to paid for these clean ups

the orphan well fund is funded by industry . so as the list grows the burden on the " survivors " grows , most of which are probably already struggling .

Taxpayers, both now and more-so later on.

Not imposing an orphan well levy on wells/oil field structures built was a serious lack of foresight going way back.
In search of a clean 90's Dodge Cummins diesel.... will pay finder fee!
