If you have a Costco membership they have some good promotions on winter tires right now, BF Goodrich, Michellin, hard to beat their prices for decent quality. Check their website.

Canadian Tire has awesome prices especially if you can line up with the 20 or 30 times CT money deals. You just missed one on Nov 2 but they seem to have special offers every weekend of some kind.

I picked up Duratracs for the truck at least $300 cheaper than anywhere else and got a free Dewalt brushless drill I needed with the CT money. I still have 40 dollars of free CT money left and got equal payments no interest for 2 years.

They have some really decent brands now including their Motormaster brand that are well reviewed and inexpensive. I believe Cooper makes them for CT.

Take a look at the Nordman line of tires at Kal Tire. Excellent value there for a top notch winter tire.

Yah I called CT and looked at Costco.

Name brands were 280-300/tire. Wasn't much for off name brands there in that tire size.

Kijiji has some off brand ones (Federal Himalaya??) for around $750 for 4. Never heard of them tho.

Duratracs are always on sale at CT.

Depends what level of budget you are asking for I think, but one we have done a ton of over the years that always are well received form the dollar are the Federal Himalaya line (WS2, SUV, Iceo are 3 sub lines depending on the exact size). Federal builds a nice tire for the upper level of cost effective.

I just put sumitomo ice edge on my wife’s car. That exact size. Must be for a edge. Anyways they were 999.24 for 4. Plus install. But I also had them studded. Kal tire.

Do a little research into what tire sizes will work on your vehicle. Sometimes you can get tires and rims for the same price on Kijiji as replacement tires. There is websites that do comparisons. This is especially true of low profile tires that run like hockey pucks in the winter time anyway. I can't recall the numbers right now but I am running a completely different tire size winter compared to summer on my car. The winter ones have more side wall and are narrower than the low profile summer. Don't look quite as nice but have almost exactly the same diameter and ride much nicer. Also a much lower price and the Nordsman were available in this size which as already mentioned are a very good value. I was going to buy my truck tires at Kal too but an idiot at the desk cost them the sale so I went to CT. Kal on 67th is very busy by times and they forget where their money comes from.

Good deal, the Michelin X ice is a good Tire, I ran a set on my work van for 5 years. You should be happy with them.
