I found this video to be very interesting. If you are a bigger guy who struggles a bit with shooting prone I suggest you take the time to watch. I am a bigger guy and do have neck strain issues when shooting prone. I am looking forward to trying to change some of the ways I shoot was well. I found that angling my body when prone made me more comfortable but I knew this was improper technique. Next trip to the range I will try and change and I will let you guys know how it goes.
