A lot of assumptions come to mind, but it’s likely the fact that Archery opens today in many of the zones that open Sept 17th for rifle.
For where the grave majority of us live the opener is September 1st for stick and string, and November 1 for boom stick.
Unless you’re a sheep nut, or a speed goat tag holder, or, or, or....
