Deer lure that really works!
For years my wife's family have been using this device to get deer to jump out in front of them. It's called a "deer whistle"? and they have been sticking them on thier vehicles for years. They swear it works and since they have been hitting deer at the rate of 1 or 2 a year who can argue?
Then the light bulb comes on! Last week Auntie hit a deer with her minivan (auntie is fine, van wrecked) and I salvaged (stole) one of these magic whistles. I put it in the pocket of my hunting pants and sure enough, the very first time I had it with me I arrowed my first deer. It also works great for moose and elk. I'll never leave home to hunt without it. Only hope I make it hunting grounds before it does it's magic.

No. Hold it high in the air and run as fast as you can around you're hunting area. Remember, faster the better!

I wasn't intending to offend. I thought you were kidding. It is a whistle that attaches to a persons vehicle to scare animals off the road. OP was only kidding.

Best way to attract deer? Drive at 110 k, down a secondary road at night.

I hear beers and jerky strategically placed in cut block intersections, with a dandy sign (free)

The problem is your putting them on backwards, one way repels them, the other way attracts them. Like magnets.

Makes sense. I must have one installed backwards. They keep rushing at me out of the right ditches.
