It's all about scouting and putting on huge miles
The other day we went into our normal area it was dead quiet so I headed deeper than usual hiked in 5 miles one way finally found them but we were to late just kept going further in. That's bin the story this year more pressure by at least double than normal years we've had to go way back and way deep into some ugly valleys and huge bush.
The one we pulled two bulls out and now have named it hells canyon
Took 7 hrs of packing to get each bull out
But that's what it takes nowadays period and even then it's not enough alot

It's stupidly over run there too now, and they keep pushing roads in and opening leases, so more and more easy access. It isn't helping much.
