Happy with mine, other than I managed to break of one of the directional buttons, which happened before I even left home and the unit wasn't manhandled. Still usable though. Works off a local area code phone number, surprise to me. Solved a camera problem by texting my son, which was a plus. Can't get mine to change the ten minute tracking interval, not long enough if you're doing a walk. Let my kids know where to find the body.
