Bull moose in 348
Added a priority point for everything else.
Hunting partner was a P4 for the antlerless elk inside Suffield, so will be interested to see if he got drawn (we are out of sync on elk so I applied separately and 999'd mine)

A friend and I put in for bull elk together and finally got drawn here in the 200 super zone. My dad got cow elk for here too and my wife also got a cow elk tag for up north. So just elk, lol

I am the lucky bugger that drew 438 trophy sheep last season!!!!!!! (Nov.21-30) I am frieking out right now. If anyone knows someone who knows anything about this area/hunt, please feel free to contact me. I am probably going to hire an outfitter so I can make the most of this tag. I have not hunted sheep yet, I was going to start this year. I have most of my gear, and am in good shape, so hopefully I can make it happen. If anyone has suggestions for gear, people to talk to etc, let me know. Thanks

For me, I 999'd moose, and antelope.
Got drawn for mulie doe. Was hoping for Cow elk and Mulie buck.
Should be a fun fall with some meat for the freezer!

So far we have 2 antlered moose tags for moose camp, normally that would be plenty of meat (as I usually get an elk) but with the new Bradley smoker and all those mouth watering recipes I'm thinking at least one more tag for the 4 of us....
The rest I 999'd to build some points!
Happy and safe hunting to all this season and if possible take a new hunter (young or old) along to the great outdoors!

But this is my first year,
so as I understand it, I wont get anything for the first 5 or 6 years except the general tags, but nothing antlered til I am in my 30's

same here with my Moose think they might have reduced the quota in the area I put in for or every tom dick and harry decided it was a good area to put in for. cant wait to look at the draw results page when it come out to see what happened

When you do, start collecting permission early, Maybe go out this year and try securing permission for WT and see how well you do then when you get mule draw you will now how easy/ difficult premission in that WMU can be.
