Default GPS recommendation?

Can somebody please recommend an easy to use, simple gps unit? I just want something that I can make a waypoint with, and then go back to at a later date. Nothing too fancy, but reliable. Thanks for your help.

A smart phone with iHunter is as cheap and easy as it gets. You can also get some pretty basic units from Walmart like the garmin etrex for less than 200$. It’s going to be like anything else budget application and features will decide the unit for your use. If you want a comms package with your gps the price is going to jump up pretty quick like the garmin inreach and garmin rino.
