I've been reloading for my 270 WSM T-3. I haven't really experimented too much because one of my first load developements shot well and I didn't see any reason to change it. I've been shooting Barnes 130 gr TSX bullets using RL 19 powder, CCI 250 primers, and WW cases. I chrony'd the load at about 3225 fps, and it shot well in my rifle. I think I could get a bit more velocity if I tried a slower powder such as RL 22, but I've got a bit of RL 19 on hand still. I also tried Nosler 140 gr Accubonds, but they didn't shoot quite as well as the Barnes 130 in my rifle. I was getting about 3150 fps with the 140 gr bullet.

I've done load development in two 270WSM's.
Both rifles were capable of attaing 3300+fps with 130gr. bullets.(24" bbls, 4 land rifling)
Accuracy in both rifles is superb.

Used IMR4831 in one rifle
IMR7828 in the other.

Have not done any loading on this caliber, but I can say in my Tikka T3 Lite, it shoots very well and is has taken moose and deer without any issue.
Love this little round.

140gr Accubonds with Retumbo gives me close to 3300ft/sec with 0.3" 5 shot groups out of my two Tikka T3 LS 270WSM rifles. Love this caliber/bullet combo. Works great on elk, moose bears, deer at various distances. Mostly 1 shot kills-double lung passthrus.

Had a little chance to play around today. 140 gr. Hornady SST s, with 58 grns. of IMR 4350 chronographed at just under 3100 fps. Seems accurate enough, so I'm wondering wether to go for a little more. I'm getting minor cratering of primers as it is.
