Default Southern open water

Is there any lake opening up enough to start fishing in it?

cross coulee is one that's always open early and I suspect has a lot of open water right now.

Go for a drive, there's lots. Naming specific lake's is a good way to attract a couple hundred unwanted visitors.

Most of the southern reservoirs have some open water.

As mentioned before. Take a drive and check it out.
