Default Christina Lake?

Anyone been up there in the last couple years? Read some old reports on AO about this lake and at that time the lodge mainly catered to the oil patch. Want to find out if its worth going there or not.

My wife used to work for PTI, they moniter the campground. Its full of seasonal users. We ended up in the overflow. Even with tje gate etc, its very good idea to lock evetrhing up when you leave. We brought the whole garage with us on that trip, quads and boats, 4 familys.
Fishing was okay, but we didnt know the lake and nobody offered any usable advise where to go. Gate closes at 11 so get there before.

OK then this must be the worst lake in Alberta since no one is willing to admit ever being on this body of water. Or maybe its the infamous Lake X talked about on here but never named.

Caught Pike to 12lbs in my pontoon boat when I was up there working a few years back. Never found the walleye, but I stayed pretty close to the bridge, as I didn't have a motor. Had good action most days. They love frogs!

There is decent Grayling in the river leaving the lake on the north east side. I have never fished the lake though.
