I heard carp really like bread, don't know the current regulations for there so just a suggestion.

I was along the bank on the left side of where discovery canyon enters the pond. Close to the island, but when the conditions were right you could see them surfacing in more than one place.

me and a buddy caught a bunch on nymphs fly fishing - this was in the Waskasoo under the foot bridge before it enters the RDR.
