My uncle has shot a few just by chance in the last few years on his place. Closer to Newbrook though. Years back a couple friends setup a bait and took one. Not sure how good the population is though.
Hello I have a bait set up near Rochester just north of thorhild and got 5 or 6 different bears coming to the bait 2 of them look like shooters but it's my first year baiting so I am pleased so far
oh, new to bear hunting and looking for some spots close to bon accord. Talk to some friends that said there were some in that area but do not know where to start looking. Want to do spot and stalk. Suggestions without giving away your hotspots?
