Last week I ended up buying my Grandson a little 20Ga pump at Cabela's North. A couple days later I noticed a ridge in the barrel where the choke screws in. It was a result of the barrel being bored out of line with the bore to thread it for chokes.
We arrived at the store a minute before closing, and pleaded our case for a quick exchange on the gun.
The store continued to close for the night as the manager and gun counter staff raced thru paperwork and hoops to jump thru. We left 25 minutes after closing time with a "new in the box" replacement shotgun.
My apologies for arriving so late, and my greatest appreciation to the staff at Cabela's North for being so accommodating , friendly and understanding.
Thank you very much Cabela's North. We will be back when we need outdoor stuff.
