I so hate when the refs get into deciding games...so many goofy calls...

Quick whistle, GT never even had the puck for a second.
Neal was right in there, he is getting in good position just can't bury it.

I'd get banned if I was honest about them. Isn't it enough with the Wideman Effect??

Dammit. Markstrom made some good stops there.

I'm still trying to figure how a good goal got waved off on a delayed penalty.

Bettman point. Sucks.

Tough break. We definitely had our chances. Both dmen got sucked in there at the end leaving a guy open on the far post.

That was all on Bennett urghhhh

Flames best players weren't good enough tonight. The Flames controlled the play for the most part of the game but their best players did not have good games, Monahan, Backlund, and Tkachuk in particular were poor.

The 2nd line is slumping badly. Czarnik experience should be done already. Tkachuk has played poorly for a lot of December and Backlund just doesn't have another gear and is looking like a guy better suited for 3rd line role. Guys like Bennett and Neal can't seem to get off the schneid. Johnny can't do it all by himself every night.

I agree with Tkachuck, he has not been doing Tkachuck things for a while now. Use to camp in front of the net, and now he is circling around and hardly the pest he was, all that stuff. It's like they are trying to change his game.
Monny was not even a factor tonight I think one good chance there in OT. Won some faceoffs but not his usual self.
At least we got a point.

Lmao he wrote exactly what i was thinking. So call it time mgmt lol
I hope we don’t give the farm away signing Tkatchuk. Man can’t skate lol. Best when he is a pest and stand in front of net. Not backing a power play. He has been unnoticeable. BBD played good enough to win

It’s kinda like his phsycy changed after the turtle imitation night? Perhaps he doesn’t want a repeat of that and isn’t being the little pest he once was? It’s all in his head now......

Geeez its almost like he has 42 pts in 39 games at under a mill a year eh? Compared to drai? Oh by the way he's 3rd in flames scoring with gio at 36 pts. Oh ya and lindhold at 41. lol have fun golfing again. Too bad drai isn't a 2nd line center yet....tire fire... how many points back in the pacific now?

Default 2018/2019 flames thread.

Lol, you are definitely triggered. Have a good night. I was stating my theory why Keith isn’t playing the pest part anymore. No need to be bitter. Your team is doing exceptional this year!!!! I’m very impressed with them this year!

I'm not sure if that's what happened or not...but I also noticed that his game changed immediately after that game. I won't speculate why, but it did. And I don't like his 'new' game as much as his old one. He has a pot full of points, yes, but his production and effectiveness are down since then (I say without checking all the relevant stats)...anyway, as others also mentioned, he hasn't been much of a force since that game. Hope he gets whatever is ailing him straightened out.
