This team drives me crazy. One good game then not so good the next. Their inconsistencies will cost them this season. Halfway thru the second down 1 to 0

Look at the shots. Allowing 5 shots with the game half over says they are doing something right.

And down 2-0, never mind.

Flames doing everything but score. Senators doing nothing....but score.

I wouldn't say they are playing poorly, I thought they looked good. Just can't score, well, on Ottawa anyway.

Maybe I'm imagining it, but it almost seems like Lucic is having a good game? Winning a few battles, getting to pucks, making some good passes....weird that I'm noticing his play.....the penalty on him was very soft.

Brutal penalty, did the wind from Looch skating past that guy make him fall?? We are playing fine, but how can we not score?? Lot's of possession time, shots just ugh , this one is frustrating.
Could Ottawa get any more puck luck.
How id Rittich still in net?? 3 goals on 11 shots??

I guess after 9 straight losses, Sens have a lot of puck luck stored up for today....keepers.

Not to many times I shut the game off but this is one of them. Where the hell are our supposed to be best players ? Johnny hockey invisible, Monaghan invisible, Bennett and Jankowski are anchors, there's someting wrong

I'm surprised where they are in the standings considering their GF/GA
Gonna need better in both departments to do anything in the playoffs...

I've always been a Flames fan for 35 years and have never been so frustrated as this year.

Way to inconsistent, score 6 one day then nothing for two games. Beat the Oilers and the Leafs, then loose to Montreal and Ottawa.
I get one guy maybe two struggling, but the entire line up?? With the points these guys were putting up last year, one struggles, someone else should make up for it. Not the whole issue hit the crapper.

Could be something as simple as internal issues.

What has changed since last year?
I don’t think the flames are playing worse.
I think some of the other teams are playing better.
Vancouver will be the team to beat starting next year and will be for awhile.

Wrong order but will say pretty sweet seeing both Berta teams sitting on top of division, headed into the break..

So we're going to beat the Blues first game back, get whipped by the Oilers, then thrash them on the rematch?

As of 30 minutes ago, the Flames and Oilers were the only two teams in the playoffs with a minus differential.

I take it it wasn't you who was arguing +/- was a useless stat?

Not sure where you were looking but Oilers 2, flames -12 or am I looking at the wrong numbers?

Not a chance. Guy has one point in his last 7 games, puts up 4 in a game thats out of hand, then one point in the next previous 7. Sure, he's putting up the total points, but he's not really helping the team as much as his total points would suggest. I'd rather have Archibald.

Right numbers, wrong timeframe.

Edit, my bad, thought the Oilers were in the playoffs prior to the game but don't believe they were.
