Anything with the "green or "eco" adjective irritates me.

"Transparent" utilized to describe how big business or governments will function. This type of spin is always far removed from the truth.

The term "sick" to describe something good. Frick, I hate that!
I follow motocross, Canadian and American, and all the younger riders ABUSE that word!
"The track is sick", "my bike is so sick", "that race was sick."
Sounds SO STUPID!!!

I used to say that to the old lady, it drove her crazy. Thats why I said it, I think it is probably the dumbest ever. Also cant stand "you's guys" and "yall", mainy because wen I was in North dakota I used to make fun of helper for saying t, then I picked it and started saying it with out realizing it lol. OHH and in country music when they say "Warsh" instead of wash, and another song where the guys says " if heaven wadn't so far away". Thats attempt at spelling it anyway, wadn't is supposed to wasnt lol

When someone says Safeways or Costcos... instead of well, you know.
Also on 85% of all Asian restaurants, they serve Shrimps, not shrimp.

Persons of the ripe old age of teens/early twenties saying...I've never seen anything like that in my life! You haven't had a life yet! Until you've actually had a life where you left your room, video games, buddy's basement, etc. you haven't earned the right to refer to anything in that context.
And drop the word "surreal!" You can't swing a dead cat without hitting some teen/early twenty something refer to an experience being "surreal!" When I heard the Islanders say my name at the draft (8th round pick/197th overall), it was "surreal!"

"Look at the horns on that Elk." Cars and Cows have horns. Deer, Elk, and Moose have antlers. Learn the difference or quit hunting.

Antelope, speed goat, stinkylope, off road, sport quad, mud bog......Oh no wait, it's Duffy that hates those words, not me.

How about 'axe' instead of 'ask'?
'I axed him three times....' (wow, musta been a lot of blood)
Or people who arbitrarily refer to a firearm as a weapon. Had this happen the other night....a friends wife said that I have quite a few weapons. Pardon? Well, you do have a lot of weapons. Pardon? Well, what do you have? I have guns or firearms.

If your military trained weapon is correct...firearm is just a term used to to appease the anti gun crowd. I'm not big on being PC to please the anti's.
Firearms still refers to arms BTW. I don't care what folks call them as long as they don't try to take mine away from me.
I use to refer to all wildlife as game it drove the anti gun anti hunting crowd bonkers. While working for parks I was encouraged to refer to the critters as wildlife as it was more PC. I no longer have any financial ties to Parks Canada so I have adopted game once again as the word to reference walking meat.

- people who say supposably instead of supposedly
- "I'm just chillin'"... no, it's 30 degrees out, you are not "chillin".
- horn instead of antlers
- people who use the total point count to describe a deer (a big ol' 10 poin'er... it's a 5x5).
- and... for English, press "1".

My 13 year old drives me nuts saying "random" all day long, and a lady at work always says "posed to" instead of "supposed to".
I'm posed to go to work, but I don't want to.

An ex acquaintance of mine used to drive me nucking futs with sayings, although he did not know he was wrong...
Here are a few of his best, with proper spelling to the right
Mocolotive. Train
Gidgets and gazmos. Gadgets and gizmos
Hummock. Hill
Thangs. Teeth
Clift. Big drop off
Combime. Harvester
Tenter tanter. Temper tantrum

I use that one all the time, at least in initial correspondence until a level of 'casual familiarity' seems to be established; then I just sign off with my name if at all. I think 'Regards' is less formal than 'Sincerely', but not so casual as 'Cheers'

Sadly, a hummock is an actual "thang" usually of glacial origin.
Can't dispute the rest though LOL

I just got an email from a painting contractor who signed off with "Chao", should I reply in my email with the proper spelling of 'Ciao'?
Maybe I'll check with my wife if that's the same word,'but spelled in Hungarian?
