THIS IS INCREDIBLE.. I’m not even mad.

Has a NHL team ever had a 6-0 lead and lost the game before?

In 1982 oilers were leading the kings 5 0 and the kings came back and won...

The quick, down and dirty was, the Oilers played 2 of the best periods they have played all year. Then they laid a fat one in the 3rd and almost blew a 5 goal lead. My bottle of Alberta Springs also took a beating in the 3rd.

I drove my 15 year old daughter to a NW years party tonight and though I was a hero but you take the cake with going to "Cats". I actually saw "Cats" in NY in 95 when I live there, and it was fairly entertaining.

Default Gretzky and Tim Hortons Commercial

Anyone notice that the new Tim Hortons commercial with Gretzky talking about getting Horton’s signature as a kid...shows the Rangers jersey and nothing about the Oilers.

Very telling.

The obvious

Tim Hortons is losing market share because they don’t realize the Rangers are a US team and Oilers Canadian and Tim’s is a Canadian brand.

Good points. Makes me wonder why Gretzky didn’t point this out.

Maybe the company doesn’t know their hockey facts. They could of easily put an oilers jersey in Canadian showings and the rangers for American showings.

If their goal was US advertising...seeing the ad in Canada was insulting to the Oilers. Gretzky’s greatest years was as an Oiler IMHO.

Maybe they don’t like the Oilers? Dam Brazilians. What do they know about hockey anyways.

When I watch this add, I see the story of Gretzky's career. From his early days as a kid, through to his retirement in 99.

Sundance is dead on.
It's a major slap in the face to Edmonton. Something is going on here. Something isn't right. Did the Oilers want to much $$$ for the rights to use the jersey? Is Tim Hortons that dumb. I dont think Wayne is in any way ****ed at the team.

Didnt know oilers were an NHL team when Gretzky was a kid.

Tim Horton did play for the New York Rangers though.

Also Leafs, Penquins and I think the Sabres.

edit: bolded - New York Rangers
