Sigh. Right, because people only have rights as long as they agree with-- ugh. I think we've done this dance. Nevermind.

Uh, Hitler could never get a hang of that whole supply line thing (aside from sending subs to damage ours, I mean), he could never keep the captains of industry and his military leaders on good terms with one another, and he couldn't see past the end of the next objective.
Nor could he listen to his top officers most of the time, especially if they wanted something strategic, but with less symbolic value. Hence, a simultaneous disaster at Stalingrad and failure to take the Soviet oilfields when his commanders had wanted a full-scale assault and occupation of said oilfields.
I think that a little readon of R. J. Overy's Why the Allies Won might be in order, here.
But I also think that we're straying so far from the original subject that we're in danger of never finding our way back.

Yeah, but didn't he have a most incredible objectice though? Total anialition of the enemy. Does that not sound like absolute warfare mission?
Either your government wants to go there or not. But as a soldier, when given the order.... then you move on with absolute orders. See, that's the difference between governmet that pretends to voice the people's choice and the military that takes action for the people's "best" choice....get my drift.?

Eastcoast:
Please answer my question.
Why do you hate Albertans?
Is there some part of the word "Why" you do not understand?
If you need some help, please tell me so.

Well, have you heard that women in Saudi Arabia must cover their faces, or that you can't drink alcohol? Have you heard about any of "their" rules in their own country that we "infidels" must abide to. What's just a few little rules of our own eh? Canadian way eh? Or are you just too Liberal to have them ***** ***** have their own way alltogether in our so called "sacred" land?

no matter how many times you ask I am not going to answer,I have explained myself enough in this forum and no manner of personal insults or rhetoric is going to bully me into changing my mind, people have the right to protest end of story,it may be wrong,it may be disgusting,it may make you mad but it doesn't make it illegal nor should we take people's rights away because we have hurt feelings,if people want to burn poppies/the flag etc let them who cares,by paying attentio to them you are only fueling what they want anyways attention.

Ok this thread is DONE!
I warned everyone a couple days ago of keeping it clean, and that wasn't done. There is absolutely nothing good that can come from any remaining comments.
As far as any Mods, being trigger happy, if everyone was civil and followed forum rules we would not have to pull the trigger.
