Thanks for stepping up and doing this JS. And thanks LC for picking up the gongs for us in Alberta's best City . The likes of you two are what makes AO great. Cheers.

No worries! Like Jordan and I were talking about last night....the more we encourage responsible shooters to participate in something we all enjoy the better.
I just feel sorry for all the truck drivers I inadvertently blasted my low beams into their eyes last night on the way home.....that steel in the back of my vehicle was causing it to ride a bit funny....
I got flashed a lot more than usual....and not the good kind of flashing either...

Bump. Any other stragglers who want some steel, let me know.
There are still a few guys who haven't contacted me about picking up their targets. If you haven't already, get in touch with me to arrange pickup.

Is there any one interested in the 2nd round from Red Deer at all? I wont be going down that way anytime soon, but I would be happy to pitch in for gas costs.
Also can anyone attest how these hold up against a 308 to determine what thickness Id need?

A 338 Lapua doesn't hardly make a dent from what Jordan was telling me....

Just so I know how to separate who gets what.
Please reply to the thread my inbox is almost full.
Thanks!

Thanks again!
Just wanted to thank LC once again for providing a pick-up service for those of us up here in Edmonton who ordered AR Plate targets. Not too many left out there who think of others, over themselves anymore. Hope one day I can return a favor your way. It was a pleasure meeting you, and chatting with you. Take care, and be safe.

Killy,
Email me at jordan(at)jerbelautowerks(dot)com with your order, and I'll add you to the list of GB round 2. I will close the GB to orders at the end of next week, at which time I'll place the final order with the steel supplier.

^ Yes. GB round 2 will close at the end of next week and another order will be placed with the steel supplier. The pricing will remain the same for this second wave of the GB.
RANGE REPORT:
This steel is good stuff
382 yards, .243AI shooting 105AM at 3222fps. Wind 11mph right to left.
I put 3 to the chest, 1 to the head. ZERO damage to steel.
People always like a pic or two...

You can't hear it very well with the wind masking most of the hit report, but here's a video showing me shooting some of this steel at 437 yards.

Everybody please get your deposits in by the end of the week so you don't get left out when we go to place the final order with the steel supplier

Anybody else from Edm area ordering ?
I am stuck at work for a term and cannot get down to cowtown myself.
I can pitch in for some gas if someone else can make the trip.
Thanks,
TBark
