"Right in Two" by Tool. Album 'Ten Thousand days'.
Angels on the sideline,
Puzzled and amused.
Why did Father give these humans free will?
Now they're all confused.
Don't these talking monkeys know that
Eden has enough to go around?
Plenty in this holy garden, silly monkeys,
Where there's one you're bound to divide it.
Right in two.
Angels on the sideline,
Baffled and confused.
Father blessed them all with reason.
And this is what they choose.
And this is what they choose...
Monkey killing monkey killing monkey
Over pieces of the ground.
Silly monkeys give them thumbs,
They forge a blade,
And where there's one
they're bound to divide it,
Right in two.
Right in two.
Monkey killing monkey killing monkey.
Over pieces of the ground.
Silly monkeys give them thumbs.
They make a club.
And beat their brother, down.
How they survive so misguided is a mystery.
Repugnant is a creature who would squander
the ability to lift an eye to heaven,
conscious of his fleeting time here.
Fight over the clouds, over earth, over canyon
They fight for our love, for our blood, over heaven,
Fight over love, over sun,
over nothing, they fight till they die,
and for what? For their lives ending.
Angels on the sideline again.
Benched along with patience and reason.
Angels on the sideline again
Wondering when this tug of war will end.

Music
Hey guys
I listen to a pretty wide variety of tunes as I see most of of everyone else does as well.
I haven't seen any John Hiatt, John Prine, Mike Plume listed.
Right now I am listening to some Hiatt, Perfectly Good Guitar, he has some Great Tunes.
We have a couple guys from around home that I like:
Mike Plume: Sort of folk, rock.
Clayton Bellamy: He is with the Road Hammers: Country, Rock.
Anyone listen to John Prine?: He's an American but I like his style.
Might be a little HillBillyish for some guys but he has some damn good stories.
Great tunes for the Camp Fire!!
Whiskey in the Jar: Roger Whittaker, heard it when I was a kid. ( LOTS ). My Dad was a Whittaker GROUPY.
I am sure my Dad still plays it in his Hot Rod Volvo. I played him Mettalica's version, he looked at me a lttle FUNNY but didn't say much.
I love that TUNE.
Some old April Wine as well.
