I just can’t understand why smith is allowing all these breakaways!

No depth, at least 9 roster spots taken up by AHL caliber players. If it wasn’t for the Oilers they wouldn’t be in the NHL. Pens franchise player didn’t play last night and we got beat and they have been beating everyone else as they are a deep club. Take Mcdangles off the roster for a few games and see what happens. I still say we would be better off without Draisatl and having 3 10 or 15 goal a year players spread amongst the lines. You win when you score by committee. This coaching staff can’t keep riding the wheels off two guys. It’s embarrassing. Connor looks awfully tired. He doesn’t have the jump he used to. He has the weight of the entire team on him. Even Draisatl has shown he can’t drive a line on his own and needs Connor. It’s one thing to be a franchise player in the NHL but to be one on the Oilers must feel terribly daunting at best. Connor looks emotionally and physically tired...

We were afforded with an easy schedule at the start. Hang on it’s gonna get bumpy. Once again...

I am still a little baffled by the coaching decisions being made about the goal tending.

Kosk is 12-6-2 with a .919 sv%
Smith is 7-9-2 with a .893 sv%

I am not an NHL coach... but...WTF. How many other team in the playoff picture are running a 50/50 split on games played? And if they are I would suspect both goalies are playing equally good.

Today’s trend is Tippett needs to be fired.

I just hope Connor has a good game tonight, I’d hate to see him on the chopping block.

^^^^^THIS^^^^^^

Ride Kos, let him ask for a night off. That first goal last night and two others were brutal. 41 doesn’t even seem frustrated by his play, doesn’t battle. Why do we keep the same goaltenders coach on staff. Schwartz goes back to the Eakin years. I wouldn’t let him coach the Oil kings let alone the big clubs!

Let 41 manage the bench door.

We pondered the same last for a large portion of the season last year. Feel free to share our theory, Smith must have pictures on Tippet.

Just when the secondary scoring was encouraging.....I hate when they give up stories.

Haahaa, my golf Captain is the only guy on the team at -1!

And with that effort he's worked his way into the bottom five (which is overwhelmingly populated ith Detroit players)!

And look at him! Dip him in water and he might weigh 180!

All drive! All desire.

My kind of player.
