Post grade 7, there's nothing they taught me in school that I've used on a daily basis. Most of what I use I've learned from life and work. I never have regretted not going back to school. For my purposes, post-secondary would have been a waste of good money and my, more valuable, time.

Yeah, we never get tired of finding "presents" that tradesmen leave inside our scaffold tubes and on our decks - You wouldn't believe how big an an apprentice's eyes can get when he sees a screw driver coming at him from 75 feet up!

Teacher was wrong, I didn't need it. Physics was the one class I excelled at, though and I enjoyed it, a lot.

Don't get me wrong, I have nothing against people going to get a secondary education, just don't be telling everyone that they must do it if they want to do well in life. There's plenty out there that you can learn to do with only a high school education and learn from life, instead of from a lecture. One of my favourite quotes: "I've never allowed my schooling to interfere with my education". I'm always learning, just not in a class room.

Landscaper while I save up money to go back to school, also for Conservation Enforcement. I'm hoping to be a CO (or anything else that'll keep me outside enough to preserve my sanity).
