ya we are all still smiling, i just saw TB at my work and we both were just grinning..i also had 3 people i have never met mention to me they had heard of "the ram story" haha funny how the word spreads.

as for crossing over and herding the sheep into ab to shoot them..well i am waaaaaay too lazy to do that..also we had no clue there were big rams by the mine.

i would also like to thank everyone on here for the compliments and the encouragement...i asked a lot of questions on here and was only met with great advice..thanks everyone.

Awesome ram. No other way to say it.

One question though. Who's name goes in the book?

You know its a good animal when you bring it in the RV. I would have used it as a pillow my first night after shooting that beast!

Wicked ram guys! Kyle brought the sheep horns over yesterday. We weighed them at 50lbs with scull. Unreal!

Default Nice!!!

I have only hunted elk, moose & deer so far with good success.(not bragging), but looking @ a ram like that i think i need to climb a little bit higher in those great western slopes! Holy crap what a trophy! Elk's nothin' to pass up either!

well i got the beast plugged today and fish and wildlife were actually very accomadating and friendly. everything went fine and then they took a bunch of pics and sent me on my way. talking with my taxidermist sounds like hes gonna bump it to the front of the line,im not sure why, haha but as soon as its done ill post some pics on here with all the guys that made it possible.

Congrats on the awesome hunt TheClash. I don't suppose you downed that Elk with a Federal Classic 180gr? That would make my day.

i was 100% joking around lol, meant as pure compliment to that monster ram and awesome hunt you boys had, stoked for anyone who gets an outcome like that, i got lucky this year too and am extremely stoked but i can tell you right now i'd be WAY more stoked if i had pulled the trigger on that ram! well done and i would have been poking my head in that freezer many times, the taxidermist would get the cape, call when the cape is ready and i'll bring the horns...and yes i would have used them as a pillow in the r.v. that night also.....that is phenominal

i wonder if the stories i read about big old rams smashing head so many times going senile late in life and wandering to places they normally never would wander too? right place right time boys, sounds like it happend to a good crew

You removed them from photobucket. You can't do that and expect to still see them here.
