I really don't get what there is to understand regarding the use of crown land ...basically, leave it like you found it, unless you find garbage. If it's garbage, it's OK to clean it up. If it is property of some value that has obviously been "left" on site, it should taken to the closest RCMP detachment ... that way, the owner can recover the property.
