I'll likely hunt with United States Outfitters for a week or so anyhow. If I don't get lucky, I'll stay and just hunt on my own.

This is the Ram I killed in 2007 at Cadomin, last week in October, toughest hunt I have been on as well. Best year of hunting that I have had yet, got married in August, went Antelope hunting 10 days before killing this Ram, killed a 195" Mule in November and my brother killed a 185" gross whitetail as well. It will be a hard year to beat but I will definately keep trying. Great photos guys, keep them coming.

TJ: Sweated like a beast. Shot at 2:30ish and got back to the truck at 2:45. Unfortunately that wasn't simply 15 minutes later. A very long pack and a VERY good friend to help with it.

Pretty sure many of you have seen these before. I will put up a few from when I guided in the NWT as well. Enjoy!

My hunting mentors Dall. Took me out hunting when I was 15. Was a real thrill to return the favor

Another friend that came up to hunt in 2007. One of the best sheep hunts I've been on.

A great Dall from 2006.

My first sheep ever, 2004

My 2008 Ewe. Best hunt ever. Done with my 4 1/2 year old twin boys

Good old days is right sg, man the memories. One day when I hit the rocker, I can definatley say I have lived a good life, until then, I am still makin' the memories...

All rams were taken Muskwa/Prophet River areas, home of the " Chadwick Ram "

GrtWht, the fella in your third photo looks familiar...has he been in some hunting videos or shows? PM if necessary. Thanks.

Default Best time Ever

Thanks sheepguide, That hunt with my boys was one of those days I hope they never forget. We hiked in before light, got snowed on, and then made a mad climb up a slope most of my huntimg buddies wouldn't go up. It was sure a proud day for me. The best part, they never complained and even willingly helped Dad pack out some of the meat. Just a great day.

Age over length. After judging legality I wouldn't think twice. :-)
Of course from a ways away, it wouldn't be so easy to count the year rings.

I agree Frans, the length was just a statement. Not alot of rams reach that age. Good luck and hope to see you holding them horns this fall.
