Peanut butter, bacon, honey and bananas! It's dynamite, especially when sheep hunting. A little of all worlds and a ton of calories to make the next ridge seem possible.

Peanut butter, bacon, and banana is the greatest sandwich ever made. Sometimes I go avocado and honey instead of banana. Usually I put it in a tortilla instead of bread.

Sandwich
Not really a sandwich, but make a nice breakfast
Take a couple pieces of your favourite bread, pull a chunk, out of the middle to create a 2” round hole, Butler both sides of the bread, and drop into a hot fry pan. Drop an egg into each of the holes, cook on each side, the put a slice of cheese, on one of them , and stack them to make a nice grilled cheese.
Could also add some fried bacon on top the cheese as well.

Well well I will have to try bacon in my peanut butter and banana sandwich soon, thanks for the idea.

Sardines and onion. If you have it, salt and pepper. 😋

I split that into two sammichs, Peanut butter and bacon (and the toast and bacon has to be cold so the butter doesn't melt) for one, the other is peanut butter and bannana (honey optional) not toasted.
A third that I like is Pastrami or Montreal Smoked meat (both home made) on sour dough rye, butter, mustard and home made sweet pickle. Upon reflection ... I also like a slab of cold pork roast in that set up too

Another awesome thing to do to your beauty sammich is......story goes like this was hunting in Saskatchewan which is either -30 or +30 and wind blows constantly anyways we sat for a few hours in the morning....froze our butts off...decided to get another area so jump in buddies truck and off we go...10 minutes later he comes to a halt...locked up the truck...type stop...of course I am all eyes as to see if he reaches for his rifle....nope reaches in a back pack grabs something pops the hood and places it in the engine area...I start talking and he says you will see...20 minutes later we get to an area to glass and he walks out pops the hood grabs the item and brings it in....unwraps the tin foil exposing a huge sammich steaming....loads of shaved ham, cheese, some type of sauce....warm, sticky, gooey, just a beautiful sammich!

Back in my drinking days I made a peanut butter, cheese whiz, strawberry jam, onion sandwich on white bread...everything that was in the fridge....It was delic.....
Fast forward 20 years.. and a weeebit of sobriety I tried it again..... LOL 1 bite and done.
Best sandwich in the world was coming home from school to moms homemade bread, farm raised beef roast , homemade butter, salt, pepper, and if lucky fresh green onions out of the garden...and a big glass of cold milk from the mornings milking, one of the best memories ever..... ummmmm
