It appears as if the side turret is in the way.
Sounds like whoever mounted the scope on this rifle probably has the scope turned 90 degrees to far to the right. There should not be a turret any where close to where spent cases are ejected. The turrets should be on the top and on the left side of the rifle if its a right handed gun. Sounds stupid but stranger things have happened.

The turrets on most scopes are meant to be on top, and on the right side, in order for the scope adjustments to function as designed. Every rifle that I own is right handed, and every one has the scope mounted with the vertical adjustment turret straight up, and the windage turret to the right, and there is no ejection issue with any of them.

Must be some thing wrong with the scope mounting they did with your gun. My A7 shoots better than I can. elkhunter11 you made me go look in my gun locker and you are correct. Don't know what I was thinking a of and I stand corrected. And yes I don't shoot enough.

Are the cross hairs crocked ie: not horizontal? (straight up and down etc.) the turret shouldn't get in the way unless the scope has turned slightly side ways in the rings which would account for your loose of accuracy. The A7 I had was a very accurate rifle, try a different scope or have a buddy try it. I can't remember if it had the Sako style ejector or the Mauser style if it is the button (Sako) style ejector then I would check to be sure the little pin in the bolt is not stuck IF it is a Mauser style ejector then use it like your mad at it and the brass will go flying.

Trades I would interested in:
- Sightron rifle scopes, 4.5x14x42mm or 4x16x42mm
especially! with the HHR reticle. (no duplex pls.)
- older 6x fixed scopes with fine X or target dot.

CRF? That would explain that. Same reason bench rest shooters love push feed.

I had a problem with my Tikka SS/lam when I bought it last year. I had to deal with Stoger Canada, they were great. The only crappie thing, was trying to my new trigger assembly when they were doing invintory.

Sure like the triggers and the stock though. The Burris mounts and scope could be improved upon.
Same as what I found, Bergers too long

I have the 270wsm. Scope was put on a 22 and I installed an NF.

Shoots one hole at 100 with Bergers. Had to hog out clip to seat Bergers though close to the lands. Still couldn't that last 50 thou without jams though.

Its a decent gun, 4" groups at 600 yards.
