I had a pair of boots fitted years ago .Worst fitting job i ever had .
My toes would hit the front so the guy took the boot apart and carved in front of the liner on the out side . They felt better only when my knees were bent .
He said perfect . From that day on my toes were always cold because all the insulation was carved away. My toes were always sore because legs are not all ways bent like when in the chair lift .
I don't think boots should be fitted like this at all . I think if they don't fit well they should place you in a different brand of boot .
I was young and just went with the flow .
