I always used to just belly wrap the leash. Run it along their back and loop it around their belly.

between a choker collar and a "pinch" collar that is basically a choker with inward facing barbs that "pinch" the dogs neck.
I had a lab puppy owner show up here a few weeks ago with a "pinch" collar on a 10 week old lab. Some pet stores think chokers are inhumane but they sell a new puppy owner a pinch collar?

After seeing the difference between the regular collar and this pinch collar I would say she has a better chance of doing damageverything while choking herself with her regular collar. She almost didn't pull at all with the pinch collar and no tugs were needed.
