My future son in law found some Morels along our driveway about 2 weeks ago.
Enough to have one meal. First time I've had them in 20 yrs.

While at our Trad club shoot near Eckville this past weekend, my buddy saw some Oysters on a old fallen poplar. I got about a half gallon after cleaning. I'll cook them up for breakfast tomorrow. Happy to hear they're as good or better than morels.

Question for all the mushroom experts, are these Morels or false morels?

Found some great oysters in the past two days.
Seems the ones that are on standing trees are browning and the ones that were still nice and white were on mostly fallen logs.
But I did find a great crop on a broken tree stump too.
