I don't typically buy powder per pound but from what I recall Re powders have always been a it more money than IMR or H.

I believe I paid $36 for a pound of Re15 5 or so years ago when I was trying it out. $38 don't seem to bad I guess.

Default limits

Sask has the bulk of the powder and just in 1lb containers. 5 lbs total and no more than 2 lbs of 1 type. same goes for Redcliff but rl 15 is almost out and varget is getting close
