I'm not suggesting that any one leaseholder controls "thousands of sections"(thousands of acres in some cases,yes)but rather that province wide,their are X(?)thousands of sections of
publicly owned government land under lease for essentially peanuts per acre,that "some" leaseholders like to treat as their own personal,titled,private playground property.
