Swiss Chalet: Half chicken meal with extra sauce.... YUMMY!

OP: I have NEVER seen a resturaunt that delivers that doesn't insist on the card and the card holder being present for a delivery. I think it's a little unreasonable to feel entitled to special treatment and expect them to break their rules for you.

I think it has been about 15 years since they started asking to see the card. Nothing new here. Back when I was younger, I had my parents card number so that we could feed the family if they were away working for the evening. Good luck trying to get away with that nowadays.

You have to remember that they are trying to not only protect yourself from credit card fraud, but themselves as well. I think you are the one being unreasonable here and not Swiss Chalet. Every excuse you come up with is simply rediculous, I think you need to take a step back and re-evaluate the situation and do what you need to do without blaming someone else for a change.

I'm getting hungry for chicken now. Might have to slip over to the Sobeys. MMMMM....bbq chicken breasts. Wrapped in bacon, with extra bacon on the side.

Been to Swiss Chalet once. Silly me had a burger. Thot something was off with it but so dark in the restaurant couldn't tell (think that is why they keep it dark) anyways, as Winch 101 stated, a good cleansing is in vogue nowadays.

But their business practicies with the credit card do seem normal when it comes to rodering food over the phone via credit card.
