The reason Jimmy is getting a lot of attention is because they are setting him up to be one of the new leads in a spinoff. There will be two spinoff next year. One focusing on the past with Tim McGraw and one focusing on ranch 6666.

I tried and would not open.
That's OK.
Still like the way this show is heading.
But I will admit...the Kayce thing has me wondering a little...don't get it.
And yes, Beth got hammered by her dad. Will be interesting to see how that one goes, with Rip, and dad.

I have been watching it with my wife. She is hooked and I watch it because she is there otherwise I'd find anything else to do.

Has there been any talk of a season 5 in the works?

Well.....
7.75/10 when I was expecting 5-6, not too bad.
Some interesting setting up for 5.
Gonna be a long wait for season 5

I watched the first episode of 1883, dudn't see all of Yellowstone but seems okay.
Jimmy's character sure grew up, yup and I agree, looks like he is going to be in the spinoff, otherwise they would have left him at the Dutyon Ranch

Friend of mine watched an interview with Taylor Sheridan, Sheridan said he writes the script for Hollywood, not Montana.

Just watched the last episode. Maaaan I can’t get enough of this show! Great conversations especially between John and the judge. I was torn between these two, both of them are speaking my language …..
And Beth… what can I say, if I was in love with her before - now I’m DEEP in love! And yes, wife knows that too!
Really happy for Jimmy, great character development. Felt bad for his ex-girlfriend, but like they said- it’s life.
Over all, can’t wait for the next episode. If wife decides to watch this show- I will have an excuse to watch from the beginning.

Watched first 4 episodes, I am surprised but I do really like it, the story is very interesting and great actors too! I was surprise to see Tom Hanks in such a small role.
Over all, pretty good so far.

My personal thoughts are they should have let Jimmy ride off into the Sunset like any good western. However him being not a hero and just another looser, he did not rate getting the girl and the ride.

I gave up on 1883.
I am a few episodes behind, just can not get back into it.

Definitely a long haul of a show. I've been keeping up but its a lot slower than Sheridan's other work I have enjoyed.
Lots more character dev. so far. Promises of entering the wild territories each episode....here's hoping lol

Watched Legends of the Fall last week, for 3-4th time.
and man oh man the similarities to Yellowstone, but 100 yrs apart.
Father no wife, 3 sons, one died, one sons a pretty boy & takes native wife, somewhat, comes and goes to find himself.
One son is white collar lawyer type, Feuding and such.
But in Legends, the train station was a train station, ha.

Side note on Legends of the Fall lots of it was shot right off Hwy 2 north of Airdrie.

Haha! That's really the main reason I watch any TV. Especially when she's recovering from her Chemo and needs to relax.

That is awesome, I can hardly wait! The only problem for me- I hate waiting a week for the next episode…. I will wait for all episodes of the season to come out and then I will watch it all!
The hard part is to avoid listening to people talking about it…. I usually just walk away not hear what happened….
