Trailer question.

Hi everyone. Im new to the site and looks like its a nice place to hangout!

I just have a quick question. I just bought a boat to get back into fishing. The thing it seems like the trailer was last registered in Saskatchewan and the owner here didn't register it. The only vin on it is a 10 number Sk issued vin. Will i need to get a new 17 number one issued here in Alberta? If so, do you know how to proceed to do so?

I would contact a local Licensing/Registries office.. they should be able to let you know what you need to do.

Went this morning and registered it no problem. I just wanted to see if i could get an answer last night while they were closed.
