Default Yesterdays Chili!

one large can whole tomatos
two Cans baked beans
two cans red kidney beans
one can tomatoe soup
one can tomato paste
one can cheap ass chili
one medium onion diced
one red pepper diced
one pound ground animal (your choice)
sliced mushrooms about two cups
one cup frozen corn kernels
3 teaspoons black pepper
NO SALT ( all the canned goods already have enough!)
3-5 table spoons Chile powder ( more to your taste)
two dashes liquid smoke
two teaspoons soy sauce
two shakes of Mikes hot sauce or lightly with Tabasco
one cup water
Brown ground animal, and onions with chili powder in frying pan, have the rest of the ingredient's in a slow cooker on low, add add meat mixture and let simmer for five to six hours, let cool down and refrigerate, place back in slow cooker the next day for 3-4 hours on low and serve! Place one roll of toilet paper in fridge for later! The real secret is serve on day two!

This one wasn't bad at all, and it's gluten-free for those folks who are sensitive to that type of thing:

Only thing that got kind of tedious was adding all those individual spices until I looked at a package of chili powder, and saw I was in fact creating it from scratch. I suppose there might be gluten concerns with pre-made chili powder?

I used ground beef, and I didn't add the sugar, but other than that I followed the directions, and it thickened up real nice. Definitely room for more spice, but I needed to keep it tame for my audience at the time...

MWD - you are going to have to change your name to WMD - and relocate to Iraq if you keep that cooking going...
