Default Best beef Jerky?

Who makes the best beef Jerky? Had Longview jerky it was pretty good, just picked some up from the Mad Butcher in Innisfail but my goodness that is tough, salty way too dry pieces of leather.

backcountry butcher in cowley makes awesome jerky.

That's easy. Bergen Store, in the Sundre area.
Made from big, thick chunks of steak; so good!!!

Bar none....Leduc Packers....best jerky around. If you want your wild game done though you gotta bring it in pre-sliced

Bergen Jerky hands down!! I just cant understand why they laughed at me when i asked for their recipe and how they do the thick slices of meat !!

Again for Bouma meats in Provost. I picked up a few kinds a couple of weeks ago, back for the gun show last weekend and picked up a pound of teriyacky. Also a vote for Shellbrook Meats in Shellbrook, Sask.

If you're ever in Saskatchewan look for 'Drakes'. ....not sure why you can't find it in Alberta?

Fernie Meat Market.

Best Jerky Bar None IMHO.

Finished size is 7/8"square by whatever length. And taaaasty.

I happen to like the stuff from Sickel meats.
They are also know for shipping their jerky to our troops too.

They can be found at the farmers market and in tilley.

I bought bacon from the Calgary farmers market I believe it was from sickles? Very good stuff!

His bacon is superb.
actually all his stuff is excellent.

I have yet to find anything that isnt good.
