I have never had the opportunity to scout out the area but plan on checking it out in 2011. I had always planned to hire a guide if I ever got drawn. Appreciate any feedback that you sheep hunters can provide.
Well without a doubt the stud rams live on the mine,438 , but that being said there is deffintly some crankers on redcap....if i were you i would keep putting in for 437 your in to deep to back out now.
There is a ton of us that would love to take you in and hunt a big old ram on that draw,

As for sheep changes in 2011, SRD has just said there will be changes...possibly some WMUs on draw, changes to sheep draw codes and a possible cap on priority points. I've also heard talk of quotas, full curl zones and extended wait periods after shooting a ram. Who knows. The quota rumours seems to persist. We'll likely know more in Late February.
Thanks.

That looks like Jonas Guinn in the picture. I don't recognise the other person.

This could be the trophy of the decade.
No way that ram scores under 195.
I would like to hear the details of this hunt.
It looks like Archie took the best sheep hunting talent he could find to help out with this unbelievable opportunity.
Talent, determination, toughness and never quit would be how to describe this group.

Congratulations to all involved on an great trophy.
